I had a fantastic time during my hotel stay. Initially, I was placed in a room near the restaurant, which made it challenging to sleep due to the noise. Fortunately, the hotel allowed me to switch rooms, and the new one was peaceful and restful. I'm grateful for their accommodation. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to BTS stations, numerous dining options, bars, and massage centers in the vicinity. As a side note, I was unaware that the balcony door in the superior room couldn't be opened, and this information was not provided in the room description when booking through a third-party platform. I hope this can be rectified for future guests.

A bad experience in this hotel: during our stay, there was no water (or only cold water at the end) and when it was fixed at night, it didn't work the next day. The fire alarm rang with no reason. The hotel, which seemed quite recent, had poorly aged: some furniture and equipments need to be cleaned, repaired and changed, there were stains on curtains and walls and mold around the bathtub. Wifi connection in our room was sometimes unstable. The staff was kind, but not very helpful (and not enough experienced - we didn't meet any manager in this hotel) when you encountered some problems (water, alarm etc.). The location of the hotel was quite far from places of interest, fortunately there was free shuttle that dropped off near a shopping mall and a BTS station. It also was on a busy road, quite noisy. Breakfast was correct though. If I come back to Bangkok, I will go to another hotel, didn't worth the price paid.

I'm staying for a few days in the hotel: looks nice,location is ok rooms are decent. There was no communication for 2 days from the hotel staff and we needed to change the dates. They only replied to give extra charges for a second blanket. The first day the hot water was not working for a whole day, and cold water was on and off(toilet). Our room filled with noxious fumes and fire alarm was triggered - the staff didn't know where it came from, so I have informed them it was from our room. We couldn't stay in this room as the air was filled with burnt electrical resin so they gave us another room and a 2 person breakfast voucher. TLDR:they will charge you extra but if they need to do something, they wont. No hot, cold water. The electric system burned and they barely reimbursed us for the inconvenience.

Great place and 15 minute walk to the trains. They have a shuttle service too. Their breakfast with made to order eggs is decent but sparse. However they have a working sauna and a really nice roof top pool deck where you're encouraged to get your own beers. Service is great and it's really good value for money. The rooms are on the smaller side though but great AC and water pressure/temp. Lunch is decent but pricier than outside. There are great food places in walking distance and a 7-11 too for your beers.

I sprained my ankle extremely bad 2 days before check in, I was unable to walk and knew I would need a wheelchair when arriving in Bangkok as I was flying in from Phuket. I call the hotel the day before I was going to be arriving and asked if they had any recommendations or knew of any places I’d be able to rent a wheelchair (I was having a hard time finding somewhere online) so I would be able to get around, the person I spoke with from the hotel told me not to worry that they had a wheelchair I could use. I then told them for clarification that I was wanting a wheelchair to get around the city, then again said of course that’s not a problem you can use our chair. So I did not make any additional arrangements as they told me I’d be more than able to use their chair. When I arrived the next day around 6pm I checked in and asked about the wheelchair, they told me I was not allowed to use theirs like I had been previously been told the day prior. I told the about the conversation I had, had and that I was told I would be able to use it. They again said no, so I asked if they knew of anywhere to rent one and they told me no and that I was on my own. By this time of night anywhere to possibly even get a wheelchair was closed. I understood them saying no but was extremely frustrated I had been told different things, I would have made the correct arrangements had they not told me I was fine to use their chair for my stay.
